It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed.

The space has split air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a bathroom with a hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need to feel at home, whether you're preparing breakfast or a more elaborate meal.

Throughout your stay, I will be available to offer support and ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. Check-in and check-out are done in person, at a previously agreed time, so that you feel welcome from the very first moment.

The apartment is located at Rua Barata Ribeiro, 211, in the heart of Copacabana.

The Arco Verde subway station is just a 3-minute walk away. Buses to various parts of the city also stop nearby!

Parking:

The building does not have parking spaces, but there are paid parking lots and public parking spaces on the nearby streets (Zona Azul).

Distances:

Santos Dumont Airport (SDU): ~20 min by car.

Galeão Airport (GIG): ~40 min by car.

Novo Rio Bus Station: ~30 min by car.

CONDOMINIUM RULES

The building requires a copy of all guests' IDs/passports at least 1 hour before check-in. If this is not provided, entry will not be permitted, sorry.

The building does not allow visitors during the guests' stay, without exception.

If the guest fails to comply with the rule or insists with reception, a fine will be issued.
