Duplex penthouse in Copacabana with balcony and private pool! This two-bedroom penthouse in Rio de Janeiro has a length of 110m² and accommodates up to 5 people offering a panoramic view of Copacabana beach and also a sensational view of Arpoador.
On the first floor, you will find a living room with sofa bed, LCD TV, dining table with 4 chairs and air conditioning, all connected to a beautiful American kitchen with a 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator and microwave oven and a small balcony. In addition, we also have a bedroom (suite) with double bed, air conditioning, safe, LCD TV and another small balcony.
A spiral staircase will take you to the second floor, where you will find the terrace and a relaxing private pool (without hot water) that is waiting for you with a bedroom (suite) with a double bed, safe, air conditioning and LCD TV.
Cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet and a parking space are included in the price.
This penthouse in Rio de Janeiro is a great option for couples, groups of friends and families. A parking space for one car is available during your staying. The distance to Ipanema beach is approx. 350 meters. Just 3 minutes to Copacabana beach. 24hrs reception.

Nos encantó quedarnos en el departamento de Mozart!
Llegamos antes, y pudimos dejar las maletas.
Está muy bien ubicado, para ir a todas partes, caminando y en transporte público.
Es cómodo, tiene linda vista, ocupamos la piscina.

I fell in love with Brazil!!! The place was clean and the view was unbelievable. The wifi was a bit off but we were out too much to care. If I am blessed to come back I will definitely stay here again.

You are literally paying for the terrace. We arrived there and the place was quite dirty, I made videos of the dust all over the flat; it didn’t look as if it had been cleaned well. Our host was lovely and helpful and offered to send a cleaner but we weren’t comfortable with a stranger coming in to clean when we weren’t there. Little did we know, two days later there was no water on the kitchen or downstairs shower. We had to sit around for four hours waiting for the plumber to repair (as well as the air con which had caught on fire). All air cons are super noisy, the whole flat is very old with broken furniture in a state of disrepair. It’s also worth noting that there is no dishwasher or washing machines and the kitchen is very poorly equipped. The worst thing about it is the lack of a water filter. You can’t drink tap water in Brazil so having a water filter is pretty standard in all airbnbs. The only positive thing is location and communication with our agent.

Établissement idéalement situé , le logement est conforme au photos .
Propre et sécurisé, bonne connexion wifi.
Seul bémol le fond de la piscine privé était vert nous avons du la vidé puis la nettoyer nous mêmes , un nettoyage approfondi devrait être réalisé entre chaque réservation.
Je recommande ce logement.
Mozart excellent hôte arrangeant et réactif merci encore.

The place had a very good location. We were 3 friends, and the place was big enough for us to have our privacy. The views from the appartement are great ! We didn’t use the swimming pool in the end as we were next to the beach had preferred to enjoy the sun there. Both Mozart and his assistant Carmen were very kind and responsive. It was a great stay.

Tive algumas dificuldades nesse imóvel:
Ventilador e ar condicionado não funcionaram paravam diversas vezes e no calor do Rio é complicado;
Não havia forno, mas havia um forninho que também não dava pra ligar por causa da tomada;
O cofre não funcionava e eu gostaria de ter usado pela quantia em espécie que tinha;
O chuveiro de cima está entupido, o que deixa a agua em uma temperatura muito quente ou gelada de mais;
Tive bastante dificuldade e demora na comunicação a pessoa encarregada pela minha hospedagem;
O local é bem bonito, as pessoas do prédio, principalmente na recepção são excepcionais e solicitas.
Conselho para melhorar: deem uma geral no ap, principalmente nos pontos que comentei, coloquem uma pessoa que receba de acordo com a avaliação para cuidar do ap, assim a pessoa se esforçará mais nos serviços prestados.
Muito obrigado pela hospedagem e perdão pelas palavras duras.
