Incredible luxury triplex penthouse with living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 suites), laundry area, 2 toilets, kitchen, relaxing space, private terrace with barbecue, shower, deck and pool and one more balcony. Just renovated apartment accommodating up to 8 people. There is a total of 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioner and indirect lighting. 3 of the bedrooms are equipped with double bed and closet. The 4th bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. The kitchen offers a stove, oven, spacious refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to have the stay of your dreams.
Great location on the 10th floor of a family building facing the subway station, less than 5 minutes walk to Copacabana beach and less than 10 minutes to Ipanema beach. Close to public transportation, supermarkets, bakeries, banks and restaurants.
The property has a beautiful indirect lighting and equipped with 2 Smart TVs (cable), Wi-fi Internet, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Do not circulate in the building without shirts! Do not use the social elevator if you are without shoes or carrying bags, please, use the service elevator. The concierge is open from 8am to 8pm. The building is highly residential and there are many families living there. Please respect the law of silence, which does not allow noise between 22:00 and 09:00. Parties, smokers (indoors) and pets are not allowed. Maximum capacity allowed on the terrace is 8 people

Was a great place to stay for a quick visit to Rio. Unfortunately the weather stopped
us from appreciating the upstairs deck, but was walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

First of all, I’d like to say, Brazil was one of my bucket list countries and didn’t disappoint.
The host Mozart was very good from the start. He answered all my questions quite promptly, and was very responsive and very helpful and accommodating to my requests.
I would definitely stay in another one of his apartments, because dealing with him was so easy which is needed when you are travelling to a foreign country, especially when you have never been there before
so a big thank you from me and my friends for making our stay an enjoyable one wishing him all the best for the future

Emplacement super , parfait pour se rendre aux plages de Copacabana & Ipanema à pied . Échanges avec l’hôte facile , Mozart était très réactif .
Logement assez vieux mais spacieux ce qui était agréable vu que nous étions nombreux .
Bémol au niveau du ménage lors de notre arrivée qui n’était pas correctement fait ( traces sur les carreaux , saleté , bijoux d’anciens vacanciers sous le lit ,…) + une piscine sale qui du coup était inutilisable durant le séjour .

The stay was perfect! Everything was smooth and Carmem was always available to contact for any assistance. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is much bigger and nicer with a lovely rooftop terrace overlooking the beaches and the favela. Felt very safe and secure in the flat and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do!

Fantastic spacious apartment, awesome location, super experience. Check in was a bit difficult however it was fully resolved in the end. Very safe location. We hung out at the flat a lot, kitchen was superb and super easy to use

The host was very responsive and allowed us to have a very nice stay in the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, very comfortable and well located at the junction of Ipanema and Copacabana. The rooftop is a plus to enjoy a breakfast/meal with a view on Rio. Definitely recommend it !

My sisters and I stayed in Mozart’s penthouse. It is centrally located to lord of major attractions in Rio de Janeiro, and very close to Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. The favelas are located behind the penthouse, and you can hear their music! It all sounds so wonderful and it’s great to wake up to. Mozart is very friendly, so is his assistant Carmem. Xo

An excellent apartment, in a superb location. We loved our time here and would thoroughly recommend it. However there were a few things missing from what I would expect a penthouse to have, some of which have now been resolved and some of which was out the owners control however did impact our stay.
- No laundry detergent. We had been working for the week prior and needed to do laundry and specifically chose this apartment because it has a washing machine but then we needed to go shopping for detergent.
- No cork screw. This has now been resolved.
- Wifi doesn't reach the second floor or terrace.
- No shampoo or body wash provided.
As I said above, these are minor things but it would be great if they could be provided for future guests hence why I am documenting them here.
The final issue was that there was an issue with the broadband which was down however out of the control of the owner but made life difficult to order Uber or plan our days.
However this is an excellent place

Overall a pleasant stay. Location was ideal, on a safe area although very close to a bad neighborhood. Didnt feel unsafe at all! A bit on the pricier side.
Host was very friendly, punctual and approachable. Very spacious apartment, big enough for as much as 8 people.
Good amenities incl. kitchen equipment, dishwasher and laundry machine. The roof-top terrace nice addition for hanging out but pool is not really usable (too small for adults).
3 stars with the few improvements a solid 4-5 start place in the heart of Rio. Can recommend for bigger groups.

O apartamento é ótimo, e a comunicação é muito boa e bem rápida. Ralo estava entupido mas foram rapidinho arrumar!
Pra mim o único problema mesmo foi a falta de estacionamento perto, tinha que andar 10 minutos pra ir buscar meu carro.
Mas sem reclamações do apartamento, muito grande e confortável

This place is absolutely amazing, Carmen was great she greeted us at the apartment, showed us everything and she even gave us a few tips for places around there, check out was super easy, subway is right in front of building, beach is only a few blocks down, restaurants everywhere, place is super comfortable, clean, well worth the money!! I will be back!!

Todo muy bien! El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, un departamento de lujo. Carmen una genia, se nos rompieron la pava eléctrica y la tostadora y rápidamente nos mandó unas nuevas. Siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo, desde recomendaciones para ir a comer, hasta cuestiones de seguridad. La calle Sá Ferreira no es la más segura, pero si caminás por la paralela no pasa nada. Es un placer estar en la boca del metro. Volveríamos mil veces porque todo estuvo espectacular! Gracias Mozart y Carmen!
