Great location on the 11th floor in a family building facing Praça General Osório subway station. Less than 5 minutes walking to Copacabana beach and less than 10 minutes to Ipanema beach.
Each room is equipped with a double bed, closet, air conditioner and indirect lighting. Living room with sofa bed, dining table, air conditioner, Smart TV (cable). Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave and all the necessary utensils to have an unforgettable staying. Service area with washing machine and a spacious bathroom. Internet Wi-fi in the whole apartment.
Close to public transportation, supermarkets, bakeries, banks and restaurants.

The building is highly residential and there are many families living there. Please respect the law of silence, which does not allow noise between 22:00 and 09:00. Prédio bastante antigo falta de manutenção , as comodidades da casa também não estão em grande estado pelo valor cobrado pelo apartamento , sem estendal. Ficamos 2 dias sem elevador tivemos que subir até ao 11 andar pelas escadas onde não tem arejamento é sufocante e apertado. Muito barulho para quem pretende descansar na sala o elevador sobe e desce a todo o instante casa de máquinas faz imenso barulho entra muita claridade impossível descansar.

My flight came in early and he allowed me to check in that was good. The location is 15 minutes walk from everywhere. The best part was I had complete privacy and relaxation.

Jolie appartement en plein cœur de Ipanema donc très bien situer. L’hôte était très accueillante et très arrangeante. Le jacuzzi était un vrai plus. La vue sur la favélas vous plonge directement dans l’ambiance du Brésil 🇧🇷! Je recommande sans hésitez.

Great apartment with one of the best terraces I’ve ever seen. Great value too. Everything works great, AC in each room and the jacuzzi is easy and fast to heat up with great privacy. Churrasqueira is perfect and plenty of seating. Cooked a few large meals there. Right beside the metro and under 10 min to Copa or Ipanema. Really a great stay

Uma estadia tranquila e aconchegante!
Passamos 5 dias no Apartamento, foi uma ótima experiência. Local espaçoso, limpo, muito bem organizado. Vinicius, da portaria nos auxiliou muito na chegada, depois Maria nos recebeu no apartamento e nos passou todas as informações necessárias, ela é muito gentil e proativa! Os quartos possuem closet, bem arejado, o banheiro é limpo e espaçoso com uma ducha bem relaxante. Adoramos a nossa estadia, recomendadíssimo!

Points positifs:
Immeuble surveillé par un gardien.
Disponibilité et adaptabilité de l'hôte.
Gardien adorable a qui on peut demander beaucoup de conseil.
Points négatifs :
Surprise par la localisation du logement. Lorsqu'on est sur la terrasse ou dans le salon nous avons directement une vue sur la favela.
La favela est très bruyante ( musique jusqu'à 23h, pétards, feux d'artifices).
La porte de la terrasse ne se ferme pas , un seul coup d'air et celle ci s'ouvre. Heureusement que l'appartement se situe au 11eme étage.

Tout est conforme à l’annonce, seul petit bémol, l’appartement est plutôt mal insonorisé.

Emplacement idéal pour profiter de Rio et de ses plages mais aussi du reste avec le métro au pied de l'immeuble avec en plus les taxis toujours disponibles.
L'appartement est propre, confortable mais un peu plus petit que sur les photos. Idéal pour 2 couples.
La terrasse super pour les pti déjeuners au soleil et le jacuzzi vraiment sympa aussi.
Il manque quelques équipements cuisines mais rien de grave.
On recommande
Confort du canapé lit limite pour des adultes.
Un petit rehausseur serait utile pour attrapper la vaisselle dans les placards si vous ne faites pas 1m80...
