Mycket enkel incheckning. Mycket välstädat. Trasiga golv, kalt och ingen känsla att vara mysigt. Ingen hemkänsla. Några minikryp i badrummet men tänker det är något man får räkna med i varma länder. Badrummen ser bättre ut på bilderna än i verkligheten. Trevlig altan med mycket fin solnedgång över höghusen längre bort. Ren pool. Altan på övervåningen och måste gå igenom sovrummet som kan begränsa användningen. Bra läge med bara någon min till Cobacabana och max 10 min till Ipanema där det också fanns klippor att bada ifrån. Trevligt café runt hörnet för frukost. Inga bra restauranger i området men kort taxiresa till trevliga restauranger i Ipanema.

Wow! Location, location, location! This apartment is right at the crux of Copa, Ipanema and Arpoador in Rio. It is in a secure building with 24 hour security and the neighborhood felt extremely safe. It is an easy walk to any of the 3 beaches in Zona Sul and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife! The apartment itself was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Basic kitchen needs provided. The rooftop pool was great for a dip on hot days and the deck was incredible for viewing sunsets. Carmem met us within minutes of our arrival, showed us how to operate things, and arranged for the front desk to hold our luggage on our last day, too, so we could still explore before heading to the airport. Use a translator app if you don't speak Portuguese and it will be an easy check-in. We recommend this place 100%! Obrigada Mozart and Carmem!

Todo excelente. La pileta en la terraza es un diferencial. Solo tener en cuenta que la segunda habitación es subiendo una escalera caracol, por lo que se puede complicar con niños pequeños.

Mozart's home was a great place to stay for me and best friend's New Year's trip. Carmem was a great host for the check-in process. She was helpful, friendly and even helped us to have an early check-in. The staff in the building was friendly, as well. The apartment is in a perfect location and within walking distance of some cool and great restaurants. I started my mornings on Copacabana Beach and would then spend the afternoons on Ipanema Beach, which is about a nice 10-15 minute walk away. The space was cozy, comfortable and the rooftop was a favorite part of the apartment to relax in the pool or on the deck. A good recommendation.

A acomodação e muito boa, bem localizado, fizemos boa parte das coisas a pé e os pontos turísticos muito próximos de Uber. A Carmen foi bem solicita, educada e gentil, nos respondendo com rapidez durante toda estadia e ainda nos disponibilizou um cooler para levarmos pra praia de cortesia, muito atenciosa! Não conseguimos usufruir da piscina pois ficou vazia durante toda estadia, só um ponto de atenção a isso, não nos fez falta pois ficamos fora o tempo todo, mas estava indisponível para uso durante a estadia. No mais, agradeço a hospitalidade e não vejo a hora de voltar! A Vera que cuidou da limpeza também foi um amor de pessoa, chegamos antes do checkin, nos deixou tomar banho e deixar as malas para aproveitarmos o dia fora enquanto ela limpava o apartamento, muito educada e simpática!

3 mins walk from Copacabana; 6 mins walk from Arpoador / Ipanema. Great restaurants and cafes just around the corner. The apartment is on the top floor of a block with friendly 24hr porter service. The road is quite busy (with some noise), but nothing out-of-the-ordinary for Rio. Neighbouring properties in the street include cafes frequented by Taxi drivers, a laundrette and some other small businesses (e.g. Uber Pizzas), so the street is always bustling and safe, if not always the smartest. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped with a great roof terrace. There was a warm welcome with some food to get us started (after a late-night arrival); and a minor maintenance issue was dealt with immediately. We would return and and can strongly recommend it.

Gute Lage, große schöne Wohnung. Sehr sicher. Pool nicht so gut, da Wasser nur kalt und nicht so sauber. Küche nur mit dem allernötigsten ausgestattet. Kein Salz, Pfeffer, Öl usw. vorhanden. Man muss alles kaufen.

Good afternoon, I wanted to say that I really enjoyed my days in this beautiful apartment with beautiful views, cozy and the best thing is the pool inside the house and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, I can only say that I take beautiful memories of the river and the house with me, the communication and everything I asked was an instant response my friends and I were happy there and we will return, at least I will return and enjoy Brazil more and if I can return to the same apartment I would do it a thousand times thanks for everything and see you soon

Place is comfortable, clean, has great security within the building. it is a good location in copacabana and walking distance from ipanema beach and restaurants, there is a great breakfast place around the corner as well. the area has homeless around, but we feel secure in the area and within the building. For small kids the spiral stairs are a bit dangerous, but my daughters 9-12 were fine with them. I do recommend this location and apartment to stay in Rio de Janeiro, we are a family of 4 and enjoy our time in Rio. The host was always very attentive, and helpful, we had a problem with the microwave and they replace it right-away.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well located. We really enjoyed the terrace, the pool and the view of the mountains. Carmem was very responsible and brought a second modem promptly when the internet got some speed issues.

Dear Mozart & Julia First of all, everything was great. I can recommend this apartment. Mozart and Julia both answer very quickly all questions. The check in was very fast and Julia showed me the apartment and explained how everything worked. The apartment is exactly as shown on the photos. The roof top is amazing and the pool big enough to relax on a sunny day. The location near Posto 5 and Ipanema is great to explore RIO. The reception staff was always friendly and helpful. Thank you Mozwart and Julia for everything. I will come back :) If you are looking for a nice luxury apartment with small pool this is the place to stay. Obrigado
